Pacific Academy of Higher Education and Research University was established by the Government of Rajasthan under the Pacific Academy of Higher Education and Research University Act, 2010. The university is recognised by the University Grants Commission (UGC) under Section 2(f) of the UGC Act, 1956.

Located at Pacific Hills, Debari, Udaipur, the university has emerged as one of Rajasthan's multidisciplinary higher education institutions. The Pacific Group has been contributing to higher education since 1997 through its constituent institutions and has developed a strong academic ecosystem across professional and technical disciplines.
